Caring for today’s victims - preventing tomorrow’s abuse

Family CARES Kids' Advocacy Place

FBI Special Agents Larry Baker and Rex Miller, Crimes Against Children Division, were riveting speakers for our gathering.  They spoke about an intense case they investigated involving Gemase Lee Simmons. He was a child predator who had hundreds of victims and he ultimately received 898 years in prison.  They have investigated and arrested some of the largest child perpetrators in the country.  The 13th Annual edition of Women 2 Women’s big event, this year called "A Bohemian Ball for the Gypsy Soul," was a great success.  Live auction items included a trip to Steamboat Springs, a weekend at Joshua Creek Ranch, and many other great affluences.
